Our carefully curated menu is a celebration of the abundance of seafood, meats, fruits, vegetables, spices and herbs found around our island. Highlighting Sri Lanka’s culinary heritage, all the ingredients on the menu have been sourced from local suppliers and from Jetwing’s very own organic farms across the island – from the rice fields in Wellawaya to the gardens in Kandy.
