Once the plastic is fully cooled and solidified, the mold is opened, and the final product is removed. At this point, the product may undergo additional finishing processes, such as trimming excess plastic or adding features like fittings or color customization.
Once the powdered plastic is loaded, the mold is sealed and placed inside a high-temperature oven. Throughout this step, the mold is continuously rotated biaxially (in two directions).
